Miriam Jones has a B.A. in Economics from Universidad Landívar of Guatemala.  She has participated in workshops and classes on Climate Change, Sustainability and Master Gardeners.  She focused her diverse communications skills to the service of Science in 2017 by becoming a promotora for the Citizen Science Project Harvest project at the University of Arizona.  She has enjoyed training and collaborating with the research team and other promotoras; and organizing, teaching and helping the Citizen Scientists of her community.
